This website
This marketing site is static. It loads its fonts, styles, and illustrations from its own server, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from a third party, and sets no cookies. Visiting it does not create an account or a profile.
Like any web server, the host records ordinary request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — in order to serve the page and defend against abuse.
The app
The app is a different matter, and this section is where the real work is:
- What a couple stores: a shared email address, two first names, password hashes, ideas, planned dates, notes, reactions, and settings.
- Why: to provide the shared plan the two of you signed up for. Nothing is sold, shared, or profiled.
- Where: a managed Postgres database in the European Union.
- How long: until the couple deletes it.
- Which processors are involved: the hosting provider, the error-tracking service, and the services used for weather, places, and maps.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
What still has to go here
- The legal basis for each purpose.
- Named processors, with their roles and locations.
- Concrete retention periods.
- The contact address for a data request, and what happens after one arrives.
This is placeholder wording. It describes the intent accurately but is not a compliant privacy policy, and it must be replaced before the site is treated as published.
