What this covers
These terms would govern the use of the Pookie Planner app and this website, between the operator named in the legal notice and the people using it.
The service
Pookie Planner is a shared planning app for two people. An account belongs to a couple: one shared email address identifies the couple, and each of the two people has their own password. Everything stored in an account is visible to both people in that couple, by design — that is the product, not a defect.
What is expected of you
- Keep your password to yourself.
- Do not put anything in the app that you have no right to store.
- Do not try to reach another couple’s data.
Availability
The service is offered as it is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. It is a private project, and maintenance happens when it happens.
Ending it
You may delete your couple’s account at any time, which deletes its content.
What still has to go here
- Whether the service is free, and what changes if that ever stops being true.
- Liability, warranty, and their statutory limits.
- Governing law and jurisdiction.
- How a change to these terms is announced, and from when it applies.
