Withdrawal rights
Where this applies
A right of withdrawal exists for contracts concluded at a distance by a consumer. Pookie Planner is currently offered at no charge, so there is nothing to withdraw from and nothing to refund. This page exists so the answer is stated rather than assumed, and so it is ready if that ever changes.
If there is ever something to pay for
You would have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, an unambiguous statement is enough — an email to the address in the legal notice saying that you are withdrawing. No particular form is required.
Once a withdrawal arrives, any payment received would be refunded without undue delay, and in any case within fourteen days, using the same means of payment it arrived by.
Digital content, up front
Where a service starts immediately at your express request, the right of withdrawal can lapse once performance is complete. That trade would have to be shown and agreed to before it happens, never buried in a checkbox.
What still has to go here
- The statutory model withdrawal instructions, in full and unedited.
- A model withdrawal form.
- The exact consequences of withdrawal, once there is a payment to withdraw from.
This is placeholder wording. It is not the statutory withdrawal instruction and must be replaced before anything is ever sold through this site.
